Nickel-free aluminum sealing

This product is an environmentally friendly product developed for social and environmental responsibility. This product does not contain any nickel, heavy metals, fluoride, and toxic substance to the environment and organisms.


It conforms to EU ROHS Restricted Substances and is also compliant with SONY SS-+886-2-2687 2350th Edition Prohibited Substances.


This product is stimulating to the eyes and skin. However, it has no acute toxicity to the human body. After simple treatment, it is not accumulative to environment and organisms. It can be decomposed naturally without pollution.


It is easy for COD, BOD low-level wastewater treatment. It can be discharged after simple treatment in compliance with local regulations.


Good sealing, wide operating temperature range, and no hoarfrost. The treatment solution does not contain nickel, and the liquid solution is convenient to maintain in the tank, and the consumption is low.


When used for the sealing of colorless or dyed aluminum and aluminum alloy anodized film, it can improve the corrosion resistance and dirt-resistance of the film. It is especially suitable for sealing dyed aluminum and aluminum alloy anodized film to prevent color degradation or discoloration.

Applications

  • Suitable for sealing treatment of sulfuric acid or oxalic acid anodized film for aluminum and aluminum alloy products. It's also suitable for both chemical and electrical dyeing.

Characteristics

  • Simple to operate, low equipment requirements, and it's easy for wastewater treatment.

Conditions of Use

  • Amount of liquid: 1 ~ 2%
  • Operating temperature: 75 ~ 85°C
  • pH range: 4 ~ 5
  • pH standard: 4.5
  • Soaking time: 10 ~ 15 minutes

Liquid management

  1. Refill 0.1% of the original solution for each shift (8 hours).
  2. Under normal use, the pH value is stable. If adjustment is needed, use acetic acid to lower the pH.
  3. When dispensing the solution, use pure water Or treated soft water.

When to replace liquid in tank

  1. After sealing, there are foreign subjects on the surface or abnormality cannot be solved.
  2. When the liquid apparently contains polluted substance and will affect product quality.

Notes

  1. This liquid is an acidic liquid and is irritating to the skin and eyes when contacted. Please use protection equipment such as gloves and glasses when working. If the liquid gets on your skin or in your eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek for medical assistance when necessary.
  2. Install venting devices in the shop floor to maintain a comfortable working environment.
  3. When the liquid leaks out, dilute with water and neutralize with lime.

Post treatment agent for aluminum anode sealing

UV promoter AN600

Features:

Mainly increasing acid and alkali resistance for aluminum anode sealing film, smoothness, and UV resistance.

Characteristic:

  4. Increase the color fastness of UV resistance

  • Concentration: 40 to 60 g/L, 50 g/L
  • Temperature: above 70°C and up to 90°C
  • Soaking time: above 10 min, 20 min
  • pH value: 25°C, above 10.8, 10.9 ~ 11.1

PH value

The pH value is measured at 25°C. When liquid pH is below 10.8, adjust to pH = 11 with liquid alkali.

Notes

  1. Avoid local heating that results in loss of liquid.
  2. Liquid should be evenly stirred to avoid turbidity of the liquid.
  3. Prevent acid gas pollution in operating environment, which affects the quality of liquid.
  4. The product should be cleaned before soaking in the liquid to avoid contamination that affects quality.
  5. After the anode treatment, check if the sealing is complete to avoid affecting the quality of the product.
